JULE ODONOVAN, RD, LD
Jule is a registered dietitian with the goal of guiding people to use nutrition as a tool to help enjoy the things that matter most in their lives, rather than having nutrition become the main focus in their lives. She enjoys working with a wide variety of nutrition issues including disease management, food relationships, weight concerns, women’s health, and general well-being.
Jule received her B.S. in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver and completed her year-long dietetic training at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her interest in nutrition was sparked through a love of plants, after creating a student community garden during college and completing a 12 month program in herbal medicine and holistic nutrition. Jule strengthened her nutrition knowledge through working in a variety of settings, including hospitals, commercial kitchens, an apothecary, and the garden.
Outside of providing nutrition counseling, Jule likes to dabble in a little bit of everything: listening and playing live music, gardening, skiing, hiking, fly-fishing, crochet, and sharing all of these hobbies with her kids.
